Corporate Financial Manager

About the Position:
Dreamforce Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accountant to manage the financial records and accounts of corporate clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on financial matters, including tax strategies and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of client projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting practices and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis.
- Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Caseware, TaxPrep, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Caseware and Taxprep software is an asset.
