  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
  • Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Prepare reports and price quotations
  • Consult with suppliers and document invoices and work orders
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and technical roles
  • College/CEGEP degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
