Reporting to the Director of Global Planning, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our St-Eustache plant.

  • Master Production Scheduling: You will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules for buses at our St-Eustache facility, encompassing both the main production line and the Nova Lab dedicated to vehicle recovery.
  • Streamline Recovery Operations: Plan, organize, control, and monitor all stages of bus recovery within the plant. Your expertise will ensure a seamless flow through the Final sector, optimizing productivity and meeting customer demands.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with your planning team colleagues and production line personnel to coordinate activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure optimal workflow in the Final sector.
  • Inventory Management: Proactively manage vehicle storage sites across various locations to minimize waiting times and maintain efficient inventory flow.
  • Customer Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all customer delivery activities, whether internal or external, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with external suppliers, monitoring their performance and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the Industrial Engineering team to integrate production factors into the recovery plan. This includes managing positions at key locations like 1000 Industrial Blvd. and the Nova Lab.
  • Performance Tracking: Support the implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project Involvement: Actively participate in special optimization and continuous improvement projects, contributing your expertise to drive process enhancements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update various planning files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective decision-making.
