About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machining Tool Operator to join our team at GN Corporations Inc. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations, ensuring high precision and quality.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Prepare etching solution and immerse metal parts or workpieces into the solution to remove unwanted portions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools.
  • Clean and maintain the work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in machining operations.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Reliability and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

The work site environment is noisy and dusty, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
