- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining the reputation of Maharaja in Mission Restaurant Ltd. for excellent cuisine and exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business planning and decision-making.
