Food Service Team Lead

At Meat and Bread, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our kitchen operations.
- Requisition Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our standards.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our operations.
- Transportation and Travel: Our location is easily accessible by public transportation.
- Work Environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.
