Position Title: Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Position Overview
This role is a leadership opportunity within a dynamic financial institution, focusing on strategic financial management and analysis. Key Responsibilities

As a leader in this role, you will:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to analyze financial and operational trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of performance and engagement.
  • Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to enhance decision-making processes.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with exposure to large asset portfolios.
  3. Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including automation and complex modeling.
  5. Experience with budgeting software and financial systems.
  6. Background in the financial services sector.
