Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, including product demonstrations and training
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

Requirements

  • Technical education with a college diploma or university degree
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in a related industry, including HVAC, engineering, controls, design, or sales
  • Strategic and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and a desire to develop relationships with all levels of individuals, both inside and outside the organization
  • Strong independent work ethic, but team-focused
  • Deadline-oriented with ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to own and operate a vehicle
