Key Responsibilities
- Validate and reconcile data from various systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Meet challenges and resolve issues related to financial data management and reporting.
- Test and validate reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements.

Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector.
- Demonstrated expert Excel skills and overall good MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Post-secondary degree in business or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial data management systems.
- Background in accounting or finance.
