About the Role

Pukar Foods Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and marketing, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Work Setting: Wholesale establishment/store.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, and ability to multitask.
