Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operations and Administration: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including Cooks, Food Service Counter Attendants, and Food Preparers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced work conditions, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
