We are currently seeking a proficient Transfer Pricing Manager to enhance our tax practice in either Toronto or Vancouver. We are looking for an individual committed to a career in taxation, capable of taking a leadership role in managing tax engagements and contributing to the firm's growth and client development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer Pricing Strategy: Partner with senior management to formulate transfer pricing policies that align with corporate objectives, ensuring adherence to regulations. Analyze intercompany transactions and propose suitable pricing structures and methodologies.
- Transfer Pricing Compliance: Supervise the creation of transfer pricing documentation to guarantee regulatory compliance. Stay updated on transfer pricing regulations and implement necessary policy adjustments.
- Intercompany Transactions: Assess the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions, encompassing tangible goods, services, and financing arrangements. Conduct benchmarking analyses and economic studies to support pricing decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify transfer pricing risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Assist in establishing dispute resolution mechanisms and provide guidance on best practices.
- Client Advisory: Assist multinational clients with transfer pricing issues, communicate recommendations effectively, and integrate solutions into global tax planning initiatives.
