Job SummaryOur Snow Plow Operators are an integral member of our winter maintenance team. You will safely operate a combo plow unit, performing snow removal on local roads and highways as per the contract requirements. When you are not on the road, it will be important to maintain accurate documentation such as fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service, as well as maintain and clean the equipment, conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs.

- Maintain and clean the equipment, conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Familiarize yourself with route maps and sand/salt application rates
- Meet call-in requirements during winter storm events
- DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract required
- Available to respond to call-ins within thirty minutes
- Ability to operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties such as patrolling, patching, and minor equipment maintenance
- Ability to work assigned shifts, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
