Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise and Inventory
- Order and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Organize and maintain a visually appealing store display, ensuring products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
