We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team at PAUL ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their financial needs and concerns.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Office.
