We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management, loan applications, and investment advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
