Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced High School Math Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding and supporting high school students as they navigate the complexities of mathematics.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective math instruction to students in grades 9-12.
  • Implement pre-designed lesson plans aligned with senior math curriculum standards.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to up to three students simultaneously, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates on their academic development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience tutoring high school-level math concepts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of senior math curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation:

$18 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • Saturday availability required.
