Position Overview:
As a Retail Merchandising Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of merchandising strategies for grocery resets and relines. This role is designed for part-time availability, focusing on morning and daytime shifts, ensuring no evening or weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with management from Advantage Solutions, store leadership, and assigned merchandising teams.
2. Merchandising Execution: Implement approved schematics and plan-o-grams, ensuring all products are correctly tagged and positioned as per store guidelines.
3. Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to meet merchandising expectations.
4. Reporting and Administration: Complete accurate and timely web-based reports, including recaps, timesheets, and expense documentation.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred (0-2 years).

Skills and Abilities:
- Previous retail experience is essential.
- Strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct supervision.
- Focus on merchandising consumer packaged goods in various retail environments.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting up to 35 kgs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in diverse conditions, including cold environments (e.g., refrigerated sections).
