Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely reporting of reset execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising Execution: Read and execute planograms, tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves, including adjusting shelf heights and movement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAS Retail Services Management, Store Management, and assigned merchandisers.
  • Reporting and Communication: Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.

Requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to transport yourself to one or multiple local locations.
  • Physical Requirements: Standing/being on feet for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50+ pounds.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with smartphone-type technology.
  • Experience: Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred. Planogram experience preferred, with training available.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
