About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Ace Casino Airport. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety during their visit.
  • Enforce Regulations and Maintain Order: Enforce all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and secure environment, and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Patrol Assigned Areas: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect shoplifting, theft, and other security breaches.
  • Answer Inquiries and Provide Information: Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on casino policies, procedures, and services.
  • Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued during their visit.
  • Monitor Establishment Activities: Monitor all establishment activities, including gaming, dining, and entertainment areas, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Certificates, Licenses, and Memberships: Possess a valid First Aid Certificate and Smart Serve certification.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Possess a valid criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, judgment, reliability, and a positive attitude.
