Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Legal Advisor at Central 1, you will spearhead legal initiatives, provide counsel on diverse issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will encompass transaction management, supporting product innovation, and overseeing legal projects.

Core Duties Include:
  • Delivering legal support to various business units
  • Leading in-house legal efforts on transactions
  • Providing legal insights for new offerings

  • Overseeing legal projects and coordinating with external legal advisors
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of Central 1's services

Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of relevant legal experience
  • Expertise in drafting contracts and digital initiatives
  • Familiarity with financial institution regulations
  • Active membership with the Law Society
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and client service skills
Compensation Range: $150,000-$165,000
