Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, providing exceptional support to our customers, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, including processing transactions and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist with various accounting and financial tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
