Job Title: Ready-Mix Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Ready-Mix Truck Driver to join our team at Wild Rose Ready Mix Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to various construction sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload concrete mix from the truck
  • Operate the truck's GPS and navigation equipment to ensure efficient delivery routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the truck is in good working condition
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity, and comfort
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
