We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our EA Play & Subscriptions team. As a key member of our Data and Analytics team, you'll work closely with partners to understand player engagement, performance, and identify product growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and opportunities to optimize subscription services
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and game teams to deliver actionable insights and guide product decisions
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns, and provide data-driven solutions to complex problems
  • Develop dashboards and self-serve tools to communicate findings and performance metrics to our partners
  • Communicate results and findings throughout the organization to all levels of leadership
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience providing insights from data to guide optimization in E-commerce, product development, and/or loyalty marketing
  • University Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field of study
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (or equivalent)
  • Experience in data analysis, statistics, and experimentation
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Storytelling skills for presenting technical findings to audiences with varying backgrounds
  • Understanding of loyalty and membership program analysis is an advantage
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually (British Columbia)
