Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of a business, product, compliance, or program leader to support specific projects or business priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify, test, and implement opportunities to enhance products, processes, and competitiveness.
  • Assist in designing internal controls, monitoring, and evaluation of the effectiveness of regulatory risk management practices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution with an interest in Financial Services and Product Management.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for solving ambiguous and complex business issues.
  • Business knowledge - revenue & cost drivers.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and highly adaptable.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
