Position Overview:
The Beauty Sales Specialist is dedicated to cultivating strong, enduring relationships with clients, driving both sales and customer loyalty. This role is pivotal in achieving the sales objectives for the designated brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to every customer
- Surpass personal sales and service targets consistently
- Achieve brand-specific sales and service goals
- Develop a loyal clientele by attracting new customers and nurturing existing relationships
- Share in-depth product knowledge with the entire sales team
- Maintain strong connections with buyers, vendors, and management
- Enhance brand sales through identifying marketing opportunities and executing events
- Participate in all training sessions related to product knowledge and company seminars
- Assist with visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
- Engage with clients through various communication methods regarding events and merchandise
- Address customer service issues effectively, collaborating with management as needed
- Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and cybersecurity measures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
- Strong collaborative skills, thriving in a team-oriented setting
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- At least two years of experience in a commission-based sales role
- Preferred experience in luxury retail as a product specialist
- Self-motivated, competitive, and confident
- Bilingual in French and English
