Job Overview:
We are in search of a self-driven and proactive individual to become a part of our global IT team as a Financial Application Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for offering expert user assistance to finance teams utilizing Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS, configuring and personalizing the platform, aiding in the implementation of Oracle NetSuite across various regions, and documenting financial workflows and system capabilities for end users.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert user assistance to finance teams in Latin America using Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS
- Configure and personalize the Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS platform
- Support the rollout of Oracle NetSuite and its new features in multiple regions
- Develop user documentation on financial workflows and system capabilities
- Extract, transform, and load data from spreadsheets, CSV files, and SQL databases
- Integrate third-party software components and applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software solutions
Qualifications:
- Background in computer science, information technology, or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in support or implementation roles
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is essential
- Hands-on experience as a software application analyst
- Understanding of finance and corporate accounting principles
- Experience in end-user support through ticketing systems
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for basic ETL operations
- Preferred knowledge of C# and web technologies (HTML/JS/CSS)
- Preferred familiarity with Office 365 and modern SharePoint development
- Fluency in English (Advanced level)
