About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator/Practice Lead to join our team at Baptist Housing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving clinical education and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement education and quality improvement plans to enhance the quality of care and services.
  • Provide clinical consultation, education, and quality assurance and improvement supports to staff.
  • Review quality-focused data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with professional, legal, and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership in the clinical practice setting and support staff in coaching and skills updates.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and registered with BCCNM.
  • Alternatively, possess a degree in a recognized health science or professional program.
  • Possess five years of healthcare experience.
  • Five years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction.
  • Two years of clinical experience are required, with a preference for long-term care experience.
  • Certification in a gerontology program is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range of $101,000 to $119,000 per year. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with generous vacation time.
