Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, ensuring that their computer-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and Documentation: Identify, monitor, and document troubleshooting activities in our Help Desk system, ensuring that all technical issues are properly documented and tracked.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and update the inventory of workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment in our Help Desk tool, ensuring that all assets are accurately tracked and maintained.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and optimize workstations, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring that all technical equipment is properly set up and functioning correctly.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test patches and fixes to ensure that technical issues are adequately resolved, and follow up with users to ensure that they are satisfied with the support provided.
  • Project Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new technologies and projects, working closely with our team to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Qualifications
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent certifications and/or work experience.
  • Language: Bilingual (English is required to serve our clients and suppliers based in the United States and outside of Quebec).
  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience in a Microsoft environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows (10-11).
  • Assets: Experience in mobile device management and ticketing systems, and relevant experience with Dynamics AX or Dynamics D365 is an asset.
