We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at World Wide ASG Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transportation plans to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Monitor and track shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP diploma an asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
