Key Responsibilities- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers and ensure accurate processing of sales and returns.
- Scan goods and verify pricing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect payments and issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and checkout area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a cashier or sales role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of cash register systems and ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
