Account Director

At CoLab, we're revolutionizing the way mechanical engineering teams bring innovative products to market. As an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion of our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to help existing customers achieve business outcomes with industry-relevant solutions.
- Build and execute account plans to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage follow-up conversations and document all activities in Salesforce.
- Travel to customer sites on average 1 week per month.
- Related experience in an Enterprise or Strategic Account role within a SaaS-based business or an engineering background with strong closing skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze use cases and demonstrate highly technical product knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales for a product that is new to market.
- Comfortable with complex account planning and account mapping and selling across multiple departments.
