As a key member of the CX Innovation and Channel Enablement team in Canada, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our customer experience initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our customers' interactions with our bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that drive customer experience excellence
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer experience improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support customer experience initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer experience innovation and leadership
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
