Shop Foreman

Mazergroup is seeking a highly skilled Shop Foreman to join our team. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Team and ensuring quality customer service in a professional and profitable manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and manage workflow to ensure efficient service delivery
- Mentor and train technicians to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality service
- Collaborate with the Service Team to achieve business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- High level of mechanical/technical competence
- Journeyperson ticket in Heavy Duty or AG, or equivalent experience and education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to medium computer literacy
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors with tolerance to fumes or odors
- Willingness to obtain Forklift operations safety certificate
