Shop Foreman

Timco Fine Carpentry (formerly the Powell River Woodworks) is looking for a Shop Foreman to join our team and drive the organization towards greater efficiency and product. This person is someone who is organized, detail oriented, experienced in joinery and shop work, and has a strong desire to create great results.

We are looking for someone to work closely with the existing team and Shop Manager to intervene in the work flow from Management to Shop so that our work becomes more organized and efficient, while also maintaining and improving our quality standards. Strong communication will be imperative, as well as an understanding of the larger vision of the business.

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
