Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the restaurant management team, including preparing and coordinating meetings, events, and seminars.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, employee data, and other relevant information.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant's administrative functions, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
- Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing and submitting payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as needed.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all relevant documents and records are accurately and securely stored.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating employee records, tracking inventory, and maintaining other relevant data.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the restaurant's staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Security Clearance: Bondable, basic security clearance, enhanced reliability security clearance, confidential security clearance, secret clearance, top secret clearance, criminal record check, child welfare check, vulnerable sector check, and credit check.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, and time management.
