Position Overview:

As a Solution Architect specializing in Power Platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our technological framework at Intelcom Express Inc. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business requirements and functional solutions, ensuring that our internal customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft functional designs tailored to the needs of internal stakeholders.
  2. Assess and estimate solutions of varying complexities.
  3. Conduct thorough needs analysis and document business processes.
  4. Design and implement solutions that align with internal business objectives.
  5. Configure applications utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technologies.
  6. Guide internal customers through the acceptance and deployment phases.
  7. Develop strategies for unit and automated testing.
  8. Monitor the progress of solution development.
  9. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
  10. Contribute to the enhancement of analysis processes and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate effectively with product owners, development teams, and leadership.
  12. Act as a technology ambassador to various stakeholders.
  13. Provide coaching to the configuration and development teams.
  14. Maintain a trusted advisor role with customers, challenging requests to achieve optimal solutions.
  15. Stay updated on advancements in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technologies.
  16. Assist in translating requirements into user stories for the development team.
  17. Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  18. Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.

Qualifications:

  1. 5 to 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  2. Background as a functional or business analyst.
  3. Experience in a complex B2B environment with integrated applications.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative thinking.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  7. Demonstrated values of customer focus, teamwork, rigor, and innovation.
  8. Certifications such as PL-200, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240 are advantageous.
  9. Experience with Canvas app development is a plus.
  10. Interest in other Microsoft business products is beneficial.
