About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our team at Abler HD Canada INC. As a Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the suitability of material for publication, making decisions on the significance of copy, and planning layout or format according to space or time allocations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and select content for publication, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with authors, staff writers, and reporters to revise and refine content.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of staff to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Write and prepare introductions, marketing materials, and other text as needed.
  • Negotiate royalties with authors and initiate payments to freelance staff.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and style guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
