Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through live chat and email (using Intercom) to resolve any issues they encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets and respond to live chat and email customer queries.
- Guide customers on how to use our app to be most successful.
- Address customer issues, including complex and deep-rooted problems that require HTML/CSS skills to resolve.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services.
Requirements
About You
- You put customers first and constantly think about the implications of your actions.
- You have demonstrable experience with outbound, demoing, and managing accounts, as well as coding in CSS.
- You have strong communication skills and can teach and present concepts in a compelling way.
- You have high integrity, strive for excellence, value respect, and believe in the power of collaboration.
- You are comfortable with rapid change and high pace, and you genuinely enjoy helping merchants succeed and contributing to the company's growth.
