Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Moneris. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationships with our partner financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with our partner banks to identify and develop strategic plans that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Manage and Grow Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our partner banks, providing exceptional service and support to ensure mutual success.
- Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with our partner banks, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on business objectives and strategies.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to our partner banks, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- University Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, with a strong background in the payment industry or banking.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Language: Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
