About the Role:

As a Cloud Solutions Manager at Softchoice, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by adopting cloud solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team that is accelerating cloud adoption and driving business outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels of an organization, from IT administrators to C-Suite executives, to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Cloud Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the account ecosystem to develop and execute carefully curated cloud strategies that drive customer success and business outcomes for Softchoice and our partnership with AWS.
  • Cloud Solution Design and Delivery: Apply your expertise in cloud solutions to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer business goals, including workshops, assessments, cloud native services, professional and/or managed services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Softchoice and AWS sales and pre-sales teams to create customer-centric opportunities for growth and maintain open communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Market and Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends and events, identifying areas of opportunity or risk to share with the account team.

Requirements:

  • Cloud Expertise: A passion for cloud solutions and a deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, with current business and technical certifications validating your skills on AWS.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, working alongside customers and internal teams to drive collective success.
  • Technical Expertise: A track record of success within pre-sales, IT and/or customer success organizations providing technical expertise and advisory services on cloud solutions.
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field and/or 5+ years of practical, progressive experience in cloud solutions.
