Citi Commercial Bank Canada is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cash Management Sales Officer. This role is a key part of our global banking solutions team, working with mid-sized companies to help them grow and expand internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking and/or treasury experience, with a proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships. They will be responsible for actively calling on clients, driving innovation on solutions, and serving as a strategic advisor to Relationship Managers and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deepening relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Structuring deals to balance risk and reward
  • Providing strategic advice to Relationship Managers and clients
  • Sharing knowledge with other sales consultants and junior staff
  • Executing on strategic initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies and guidelines

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 6+ years of commercial banking and/or treasury experience. They will be a strong communicator with developed diplomacy skills, able to guide, influence, and convince others.
