Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Operations Manager to oversee the management of premier residential properties within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of assigned condominium buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and supervise on-site staff, fostering a high standard of aesthetics and operational excellence.
  • Oversee maintenance activities, including the management of vendor contracts and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop strategic recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain open communication with residents and the Board regarding any issues.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports for the Board of Directors, including financial statements and management updates.
  • Facilitate ongoing staff development and training initiatives to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Proven track record in managing condominium operations and staff effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of our properties and ensuring resident satisfaction.
