Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Williams Lake Physiotherapy Clinic. This role involves working with patients to enhance their physical capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a physiotherapy setting is considered an asset.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs.
  • Develop tailored physiotherapy programs.
  • Choose suitable exercises and treatment methods.
  • Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in research activities related to physiotherapy.
  • Instruct and supervise patients in exercises.
  • Administer assessments and diagnostic tests.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must pass the Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination.
  • Licensure by relevant provincial or territorial authorities is mandatory.
Safety and Physical Requirements
  • Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
  • The role is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
