Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including promoting products and services to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Grade 10 education or equivalent retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Action-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work well with other team members.
  • Honest and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
