Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at SRA RESTAURANTS LIMITED. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our wine offerings.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be standing for extended periods and handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require all staff to be proficient in English.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
