Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, and shutdown of the ISO production line. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure raw materials are fed properly and operate machinery to produce high-quality products.
* Resolve line stoppages and clear equipment jams to minimize downtime.
* Conduct health and safety pre-start checklists to ensure a safe working environment.
* Document quality checks at regular intervals to ensure product meets established quality specifications.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
* Previous manufacturing industry experience is an asset.
* Forklift Operator License is a requirement.
* Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn and be trained on new mechanical processes.
* Proven ability to take initiative and direction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding and use of computer systems.
* Ability to work in a hot environment and lift up to 50lbs.
* Reliable, good work ethic, and positive attitude.
