We are currently looking for a talented Cyber Security Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the establishment and configuration of a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system, preferably utilizing Elastic Stack. This role is crucial for maintaining strong security monitoring and incident response capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. SIEM Implementation:
    Install and configure the SIEM system to gather, analyze, and archive security event data from various sources, including network devices, servers, and applications. Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure for comprehensive security coverage.
  2. Rule Development and Management:
    Create and implement SIEM rules and use cases aimed at identifying security threats, anomalies, and compliance breaches. Regularly assess and refine rules to reduce false positives and enhance threat detection accuracy.
  3. Security Monitoring and Incident Management:
    Establish dashboards and alerts for real-time security event monitoring. Collaborate with the security team to investigate and address security incidents flagged by the SIEM.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain thorough documentation of SIEM configurations, rules, and incident response protocols. Produce reports that offer insights into the organization's security posture and compliance status.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing SIEM solutions (e.g., Elastic Stack, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Azure Sentinel)
  2. In-depth knowledge of security event data, threat detection methodologies, and incident response strategies
  3. Proficient in creating and optimizing SIEM rules for effective security oversight
  4. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
