Position Overview
This is a temporary role designed for a period of 18 months, requiring full-time on-site engagement.
As a Client Experience Advisor at Desjardins, your primary responsibility is to enhance the experience of both members and clients, ensuring their satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, actively listening to their needs, and facilitating their financial empowerment. Your support will reflect the cooperative values of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to members and clients regarding their banking transactions and available services.
- Promote Desjardins' products and services, as well as the various distribution channels.
- Identify business opportunities and refer clients to specialized colleagues as needed.
- Act as an ambassador for digital solutions, advising clients on their usage.
- Ensure smooth financial transactions and address any issues that may arise.
- Offer information and support on technological tools, emphasizing prevention and safety.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma in a relevant field.
- A minimum of two years of pertinent experience.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both written and oral.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services.
- Familiarity with Desjardins products and services tailored for members, as well as those offered by competitors.
- Understanding of data integration into systems and security measures.
- Awareness of the legal framework and internal controls.
- Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Ottawa area and Eastern Ontario.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Thursday evenings.

- Ability to uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards.
