The Aldergrove Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Aide to assist in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. This role is essential in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in their efforts to help patients recover from injuries and disabilities.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
This position is based in a hospital or medical facility, where you will be part of a collaborative team focused on patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans as directed by physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assist patients in their rehabilitation journey.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress throughout their rehabilitation.
The primary focus of this role is in physiotherapy, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.
Physical Requirements- Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Willingness to engage in repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Client-focused approach to care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
